Ihre Aufgaben

  • Independent and accountable management of your territory with full revenue responsibility
  • Acquisition of new customers and comprehensive support for existing clients
  • Building and expanding a customer network
  • Achieving sales goals and executing projects
  • Operating room support and technical assistance
  • Product training and education for customers
  • Organizing and conducting workshops and regional events
  • Representing the company at conferences and symposia
  • Reporting through a CRM system

Ihr Profil

  • Completed medical or business-related education
  • Extensive sales experience in medical technology, preferably in orthopedics/traumatology
  • Ideally, an existing network with orthopedic surgeons, trauma surgeons, spine surgeons, or neurosurgeons in your region
  • Operating room experience
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems (e.g., DRG system) and hospital business structures (e.g., purchasing groups, hospital chains)
  • High level of social competence, empathy, and responsibility
  • Independent, solution-oriented, and structured work approach
  • Team player with strong motivation and commitment
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • High resilience, flexibility, and dedication
  • Reliability and strong negotiation skills
  • Assertiveness and persuasiveness
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good English & German skills;
